NH Investment & Securities Appoints Dongmin Kim as Head of Digital Product Division
NH Investment & Securities announced on February 2 that it has newly appointed Dongmin Kim as Executive Director in charge of the Digital Product Division to strengthen its competitiveness in digital business.
Born in 1983, Executive Director Dongmin Kim is recognized for his expertise in digital organization. Through this appointment, NH Investment & Securities plans to embed digital capabilities, including artificial intelligence (AI) strategies, throughout the organization and to establish a more agile and dynamic squad-based organizational culture.
Executive Director Kim previously handled mobile strategy and global partnerships at Samsung Electronics, and completed an MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in the United States. He also gained experience in the financial sector as a bio sector research analyst at the foreign securities firm CLSA. Most recently, he served as Chief Product Officer (CPO) at e-commerce and entertainment companies, where he led the transition to squad-based product organizations and drove new business growth.
