LG Innotek will establish a Win-Win Growth Fund totaling 143 billion won this year to provide financial support to its partner companies.
On March 5, LG Innotek announced that it had held the '2026 Win-Win Growth Day' at LG Science Park in Gangseo-gu, Seoul.

View original imageSince its launch in 2010, 'Win-Win Growth Day' has served as an event where LG Innotek and its partner companies reaffirm their cooperation for fair trade and mutual growth.
The event was attended by about 40 people, including President Moon Hyuksu of LG Innotek, company officials, and representatives of major partner companies.
On this day, LG Innotek signed the '2026 Fair Trade and Win-Win Growth Agreement' with more than 100 partner companies. Under the agreement, LG Innotek plans to implement win-win programs for its partners in the areas of finance, ESG, and education.
First, LG Innotek will establish and operate a 'Win-Win Growth Fund' totaling 143 billion won. Through this fund, partner companies will be able to stably secure the funds needed for their business operations at lower interest rates than commercial banks. To date, 120 partner companies have utilized this fund, with cumulative support reaching 262 billion won.
Through the 'Smart Factory Construction Support' program, LG Innotek will provide up to 60% of construction costs for partner companies struggling with high costs of factory automation.

View original imageSupport programs to strengthen partners' ESG capabilities will also continue. LG Innotek provides ESG consulting to help partner companies effectively respond to global ESG management requirements. Since 2022, more than 100 partner companies have benefited from this initiative. This year, the company also plans to support a capacity-building program to ensure compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD).
Educational programs to enhance the competitiveness of partner companies are also being promoted. This year, LG Innotek plans to newly add courses to the 'Partner Capability Enhancement Training Center' program to strengthen AI response capabilities of its partner companies. Since 2023, LG Innotek has provided practical, on-site training through the 'Partner Capability Enhancement Training Center,' including sharing production technology know-how and dispatching specialists.
Active communication with partner companies will also continue. LG Innotek is currently running the 'Win-Win Growth Academy,' offering training on AI and ESG management to executives and employees of more than 150 partner companies. The company also holds the 'Win-Win Growth Camp' every year to share outstanding cases of joint innovation, listen to the VOS (Voice of Supplier), and exchange information with its partners.
